Q1.Can I buy retail or sample?
A. Yes retails or samples are available but on extra cost and buyer also pay shipping unlike wholesale we ship freely.
Q2: Is your items Authentic?
A: All products sold are replica and not being sold or represented as originals unless stated otherwise. We guarantee that they’re 100% brand new and mirror images, have the right tags (authenticity cards, booklets) and every marking. They also come with dust bag or boxes. They’re like the real thing.
Q3: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover via Stormpay.com, Greenzap.com, Alertpay.com and others. In addition we accept Bank wire, Western Union and Money orders. We offer special discount on payments made via western union. Check payment are made to our US office. Please contact us for details.
Q4: How long does it take, before I can receive my order?
A: Provided everything is in stock, we can ship your order in less than 3 days, upon the receipt of your payment; Shipping takes 5-7 days. A confirmation and the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or phone as soon as the shipment is dispatched. Should there be something that’s out of stock; we will take a maximum period of 1 week time to produce the missing ones for you. If it still can’t be produced after the given timeframe (1 week), a notification will be sent to you requesting for alternative solution.
Q5: How much is your shipping cost?
All wholesale orders are shipped freely by EMS and UPS worldwide but for sample or retail orders, the buyer pays shipping though at a reasonable price. Please contact us for details.
Q6: Who is your shipper?
A: All products will be shipped via Express Mail - EMS, FEDEX, UPS or DHL
Q7: What should I do if I still don’t receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?
A: You will have to notify us via email at sales@miraexcels7stars.com or miraexcels7stars@yahoo.com and we’ll investigate for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you’ve paid us and we’ll ensure you receive your order, by any means necessary. We will inform you of the result within 3 days.
Q8: What if the shipment is lost or gone missing?
A: A replacement solution will be offered to you.
Q9: Can you ship to an address other than the billing address (credit card billing address)?
A: Yes we can. We advise you register in our website with the alternate address.
Q10: What if the products I need is not available?
A: If the items you need are not posted on our website, you can submit an enquiry to our sales team at inquiries@miraexcels7tars.com or miraexcels7stars@yahoo.com. To facilitate your inquiry, please kindly send us the model name which is identical to the original item(s), if possible; please send us the picture of the items you wish to enquire. We promise it will never be revealed to any third party.
Q11: Do you offer catalog?
A: We do not provide a print catalog. Our online product list is the only catalog though some of the products are not listed.
Q12: Can I cancel my order after it was processed?
A: Yes, you can cancel the order but a cancellation charge of 10% of your order will apply. We will process the refund within 3 days when we receive your cancellation request. You will need to wait between 4 to 7 days for the refund to be processed
