How do I exchange or return my order Item?
If for some justified reason (for example defective product or a documented delivery error on our part), you are not satisfied, you can send the product back to the Miraexcels7stars office within 7 days from the receiving date. In this way you will be able to have the substitution of the item(s). Please note that the return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Please note that we dont offer refunds but exchanges only if received within the stated period.
GOOD CONDITION:
Your purchase is shipped brand new with tags. Items that you return to Miraexcels7stars must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unused condition before the can be accepted for exchange. The item must be returned in new condition, in the boxes and with all tags (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit
RETURNING STEPS:
All returns and exchanges must be requested no later than 7 days after receiving the product(s). The product must be sent back to Miraexcels7stars within 8 days from the date of delivery.
Contact our Customer Care department by e-mail, miraexcels7stars@yahoo.com or miraexcels7stars@hotmail.com to request authorization prior to return. We will then provide instruction on where to return your item(s). You must send your returned package via express shipping at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement to be issued. We lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Exchanges may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods.
Kindly include when you contact us the following information. This will expedite the processing of your return.
1. Your full name and the date the order was placed and received. 2. A list of the product(s) to be exchanged . 3.The reason for the return of the products.
4. The reason why your item(s) is being returned.
5. The detailed picture of the defective part.
